For someone with absolutley no prior experience or knowledge of basic web design fundamentals, I found the chapter very helpful and easy to understand. Like so many other things, it involves learning a new language.

Interesting article although I’m not sure what it is about; I am thinking FTPs are what I consider to be web-sites where there is an exchange of information between the client and the server. The article discusses the means and limitations by which the information is exchanged. The article “FTP: For the People” is on the Webmonkey’s website: http://webmonkey.com/02/36/index4a.html .

Hello folks. I’ve established the site and don’t know what to do with it or where to go, but then that’s why Im taking this class. Now I’ve written my “post” and will click on the “Submit Comment”, and head on over to WebCT.
